Issue sync

Issue sync connects Reqflo journeys to external work items such as Jira issues or GitHub Issues. Synced work items can become the product context behind a journey.

What sync stores

• External key and provider ID.
• Title, description, status, type, assignee, URL, and updated time.
• Raw provider metadata for future mapping.
• Links to Reqflo journeys and other objects.

Why it matters

When a journey is linked to a work item, Reqflo can show which story, bug, task, or requirement the journey validates.
